Conducting requirements sessions to gather requirements from the business area; Handle Program Management Processes developing communication plans and tools to ensure all work units and participants stay informed of plans and progress report, issues involved and risks factors are well handled; Demonstrate and apply broad understanding of the client’s business model and business issues that affect it; Support Fixed Income applications involving backoffice clearing, settlement and risk based systems for most of fixed income derivatives products and instruments such as Repos, Options, Futures, Forwards, RMBS, CMMBS, and Structured Products; Analyze and implement a new outline based on requirements; Document Business Process flows using BPMN with advanced modeling tools like MEGA; Develop System flow diagrams on a high level and low-level; Integrate Business Process flows with Logical Data Models and Business Rules; Manage client expectations throughout process/project life cycle; Design business solutions for clients based on what is in the main interest of their organization; Work with the system architects, developers, database developers, quality testers during the entire project to assure that the critical as well as the minute details of the project are discussed and issues are resolved beforehand; assist the QA team and test the outline of the risks involved; Advanced use of Data Warehousing skills; Determine referential integrity constraints, such as rules, defaults, user defined datatypes, creation of tables, primary and foreign keys, and advanced use of SQLs to alter database tables; Testing, Error-Handling and Implementation of the application; Troubleshooting any issue that arises for the users; Provide custom reports for users based on individual needs; Interact with other users of the software to streamline the whole data flow process; Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all problems, steps and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or MBA, or its foreign educational equivalent. Candidate must have at least 1 year of education, training, or experience documenting business process flows using BPMN and MEGA.

Perform GAP analysis and prepare the AS-IS and the To-Be system documents; Facilitate Requirement gathering sessions and documenting the BRD (Business Requirements document); conduct Joint Requirements Planning (JRP) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions; perform Project management related work as and when needed and requested; act as the primary Liaison between the Business and the Development teams; define and document the process for migrating data from legacy systems into the chosen Submissions Publishing environment; plan how to decommission legacy systems; work on tools like ISI Publisher and eCTDXpress in the Regulatory Publishing domain; work with clinical applications or processes in a background of R&D Development systems; define a portion of the project and to manage issues and risks; define and implement the SDLC; perform multi-tasking as and when needed on the project; work in a Validated environment; work with Data migration, Quality and with ETL tools; Perform preliminary Code reviews , Technical Reviews and Business Reviews during the course of the project; conduct workshops for users during the course of the project; conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT); perform Data analysis and Data Profiling; and use .Net, ASP.NET, ASP, C#, JavaScript, C/C++, XML, C, C++, VB.NET, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, IIS 5/6, VB Script; Sybase, MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, UNIX, Solaris, Linux; WinRunner, Load Runner, Test Director , Quick Test Pro; Rational Rose, Requisite Pro, Clear Case, Clear Quest, PVCS, VSS, Informatica, Business Objects, and Cognos.

Minimum Requirements:

Design, develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs using a wide variety of specialized hardware, software, language and tools including Rexx, Cobol and IMS DB/DC.

Analyzing business, and other data processing problems for application to clients’ electronic data processing systems, including, analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations applying principles of Windows and UNIX/AIX systems administration.
